Start with a pick-up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh in a modern air-conditioned van for a short drive to Ras Mohammed. Your guide will point out interesting features along the way. Before entering the park, we stop at a snorkeling equipment shop in case you need to rent masks and flippers or buy beach accessories.
Then we head into Ras Mohammed and stop at one of the most astonishing snorkeling sites along the coast, with breathtaking coral reefs. The water is beautifully clear and warm, and the corals are home to over a thousand species of colorful tropical fish.
Next, drive to the only place in the northern hemisphere where mangrove trees grow in salt water, and see the fiddler crabs around the water’s edge.
Then visit what locals call the ‘Earth Crack’, a fissure formed during an earthquake thousands of years ago next to Magic Lake — a beautiful saltwater lagoon formed by a sandbank from the Red Sea. Enjoy a great swim in this lagoon, said to have magical properties.
Afterwards, head to Allah's Gate for memorable photos, then transfer back to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh to have lunch around 1:30 PM.
